Esta figura se vendía de forma directa en las tiendas, junto con C-3PO, Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Han Solo, Jawa, Sand People y Death Squad Commander. De esta forma, se suma al exclusivo grupo conocido como las 12 primeras, y que son las consideradas para ubicar dentro del diorama que venía con la entrega de figuras tempranas por correo.
